A different kind of invitation: not to design the building, but to show it before it exists. Working from the project under construction, I built the image of what is still bare concrete — choosing finishes, studying the light on each elevation and tuning materials until the surface became credible to a buyer's eye.
A render is not a photograph of the future: it is an argument. It sets the hour of the day, the tone of the render coat, the depth of a shadow — decisions that, in a project for sale, anticipate the experience of living there long before the first site visit.
